Infused waters are going to be really big this year. We tried a few out last summer in LA. We started with simple things like cucumber and mint, but then got a little more adventurous. One of our favourites is the divine Rose and Mint infusion, here's how to make it;

Ingredients to make Rose & Mint Infused Water;

  • A handful of rose petals (from pesticide free roses)
  • A bunch of mint
  • A large glass jar with a lid
  • Mineral water

Gently tear the rose petals and mint leaves into half to release their flavour, and place at the bottom of the glass jar. Fill the glass jar with water. Leave overnight in the fridge to 'muddle'. In the morning, strain (the water should be a lovely pink colour), and serve over fresh rose petals and fresh mint leaves. Drink and enjoy!

Try some other infusions made to the same method, we also loved; Strawberry, Lemon and Basil, Rosemary and Grapefruit and Kiwi and Cucumber. Yum!
