Coconut Fruit Pops
- Selection of chopped fruit; strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, kiwi, orange...anything you fancy really
- Coconut water
Place half the chopped strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, kiwi and orange into the moulds. The place the remaining fruit into a bowl and gently press to create a kind of smoothie. Place a spoonful into each mould, then cover with coconut water. Place the moulds in the freezer overnight. If you can't wait for the lollies to freeze or they melt, the mixture makes for super healthy detox juice too.
